Dine by White is owned by Chef Ian White; a fully qualified, highly skilled professional chef with 25 years of experience working in hotels, fine dining restaurants, bistros and event catering. He has relevant qualifications, insurance, an up to date Food Hygiene certificate and a 5* food hygiene rating.
Ian got his inspiration to become a chef after watching his Uncle, a classically trained chef, work his magic in the kitchen from a young age. Ian helped out as a young boy peeling potatoes and washing up, gaining invaluable experience being able to watch and learn from the professionals at work. Ian left school and went to Worcester Catering College for 3 years whilst working as a Commis chef in a local hotel, quickly working his way through the ranks.
His interest in food lead Ian on a round the world trip, experiencing food and culture from countries such as Thailand, Malaysia and Australia. He learnt a lot about sourcing local produce and combining different herbs and spices which has broadened his repertoire, encouraging his passion for fresh, high quality locally sourced produce further.
Then, in 2021 Dine by White was formed to bring a restaurant quality fine dining experience to your home/venue. And the rest, as they say, is history....
